Premier Commercial Real Estate Services Closed on 210,000 Square Foot $12M Deal with Parker Hannifin
(Indianapolis, Indiana) – Premier Commercial Real Estate Services | TCN Worldwide in Indianapolis, Indiana, recently closed on a 210,000 square foot industrial building, which will serve as a new manufacturing and office facility for Parker Hannifin. Parker Hannifin is one of the largest companies in the world in motion control technologies, including aerospace, climate control, electromechanical, filtration, fluid and gas handling, hydraulics, pneumatics, process control, and sealing and shielding.
The building sold for $12,500,000 and is located in Fort Ben on the east side of Indianapolis. It was brokered by Matt Ferguson, Vice President at Premier Commercial, with help from Tom Ferguson, President and Managing Director at Premier. The referring broker was Anthony Delguyd, Vice President, Corporate RE Services with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Cleveland, OH. Parker Hannifin’s headquarters is also located in Cleveland.
