The annual Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ) Book of Lists (commercial real estate rankings) provide a valuable snapshot of the firms, transactions, & professionals shaping Central Indiana’s real estate market. Once again, Premier has earned multiple placements across several of the publication’s most notable lists, demonstrating the strength & diversity of our brokerage & property management services.
Of the 11 commercial real estate lists published by IBJ, Premier appeared five times across four separate categories, highlighting our continued impact throughout the Indiana market.
Property Management Continues Upward Momentum
One of the most encouraging developments this year was Premier’s rise in the Property Management rankings. The firm moved up to #10, improving from #12 in the previous year.
This advancement reflects the continued growth of our management portfolio and the trust that owners place in our team to oversee commercial assets throughout Indiana. As property owners navigate evolving tenant expectations, operational challenges, & changing market conditions, experienced property management remains a critical component of asset performance.
Brokerage Team Remains Among Central Indiana’s Leaders
Premier was also recognized among the region’s largest commercial brokerage firms, ranking #11 this year.
While down slightly from last year’s #9 position (due to diligent work to reshape our incredible team), the ranking continues to place Premier among the top brokerage organizations in the Indianapolis market. The recognition reflects another active year of transactions.
Significant Industrial Lease Transactions Earn Recognition
The industrial sector remains one of the strongest segments of the commercial real estate market, and Premier’s work on several major transactions earned spots on IBJ’s Largest Industrial Leases list.

DSE Transportation – 476,000 SF
Premier represented DSE Transportation in securing a nearly half-million-square-foot facility, one of the largest industrial lease transactions completed in the region during the reporting period.
#29 Largest Industrial Lease
Andretti Global – 245,783 SF
Premier partnered with fellow TCN Worldwide affiliate, Bradford Allen, to represent Andretti Global in a 245,783-square-foot lease transaction, further showcasing the firm’s ability to execute complex requirements for nationally recognized organizations.
Together, these assignments underscore Premier’s expertise in industrial/flex/office tenant representation, & its ability to help occupiers identify facilities that support long-term operational growth.

Premier represented both the buyer and seller in a $4.2 million transaction in Brownsburg, demonstrating the firm’s ability to facilitate successful outcomes for all parties involved.
