Indianapolis, IN — Premier Commercial Real Estate | TCN Worldwide is proud to announce the promotion of Matthew W. Ferguson to Executive Vice President. Matt will continue to serve as a key member of Premier’s Leadership Team, further strengthening the company’s vision & growth strategy as it celebrates a significant milestone—20 years in business.
Since joining Premier over eight years ago, Matt has been instrumental in driving the firm’s success across brokerage & client services. His leadership, market knowledge, & commitment to excellence have played a vital role in expanding Premier’s presence & reputation throughout Indiana & beyond.

Born & raised in the Indianapolis area, Matt has strong local roots that align with Premier’s community-focused values. He played collegiate baseball at both the University of Dayton & Butler University, carrying the lessons of discipline & teamwork into his professional career. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family & friends. His promotion also reflects Premier’s emphasis on fostering a culture that prioritizes teamwork, growth, & a healthy work/life balance—values that continue to drive the firm’s long-term success.
Premier has continued to expand its offerings over the past two decades, most recently launching Premier Indiana 1031 Exchange, LLC. This new service line positions the firm as one of the select exchange originators in the state of Indiana, giving clients a trusted, local resource for navigating complex 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. With Matt’s continued leadership, Premier is well-positioned to carry all of Premier’s momentum forward & achieve new levels of success.
